May 2011 Budget

As you can see, I have tweeked my budget further. I have eliminated my medical co-pay category, and basically folded it into "Everything Else". I have trimmed a bit here and there, and have bumped up my credit card debt payment.

    This is one area of my budget which isn't too hard for me! I shop primarily at a discount grocery store which consistently has low produce and meat prices. I don't buy many "convenience" foods. We eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies along with our meat. I seldom use a single coupon, as I seldom find them for things I will buy anyway.

    I happen to live in California's central valley where inexpensive produce is available year round. I know that isn't the case everywhere, so you may not have the same advantage.
