January 2011 Net Worth

Here is my update:



Cash is up Smile, debt is down Smile, retirement accounts are up Smile. House value is down Frown. In fact, house value has hit a new low, according to Zillow.

The most my house has been worth while I have owned it is 250k, according to the full appraisal I had in February 2008 for my re-fi.

    I like it too, MJRube. If you have a custom or otherwise unique home, it probably won't be very accurate. But, if you live in a sea of suburbia (as I do), then it is fairly accurate.
