Who was it who posted about the American Express offer to spend $75 at Staples and get a $25 account credit? I owe you a big "thank you"! I did not know about that link, and it certainly is helpful.
Today, I noticed I have an offer to spend $25 at Exxon and receive a $5 credit. There is a separate offer to spend $25 at BP and receive a $5 credit. I activated both offers. I know where my next two tanks of gas are coming from.
If you have an American Express card, check out that "my offers" link, pronto. Just log in to your account and look in the bottom right corner. Click on it, and view your offers. Activate any you would use and enjoy your savings.

So, that one is NOT in my offers (though doesn't expire for a while still). I just read a tip to call and ask for any offers you don't see - they usually oblige.
All my offers were crap. But if I remember I was going to call today and ask about the Staples offer. So I wanted to throw that out if anyone else didn't get it.

Good tip, MM. I know there is a Walmart.com offer for spending $79 and getting a $20 credit. It isn't listed on my offers.

I called and no luck, BUT, I think it was because it was such an old offer. (They had said they met their caps on that offer. I even wonder if it was in my offer list and then disappeared because of the cap? I don't know - I did not look before). Lesson learned: Act quick!
Anyway, while on the phone with them, they mentioned that part of the website was non-functioning at the moment.
P.S. Their online support is TERRIBLE. I can't tell you how much time I wasted on this yesterday. This card is in dh's name so *he* had to call them in the evening. I asked online after it took me a LONG time to find a way to get online support, and they just told me no they could never possibly do it because that is not how it works. When I pressed them, they told me to call. On the phone they were more open to it, but who wants to spend all that time calling??? Not a happy AmEx customer at the moment. They have mis-calculated my rewards and stuff like that too.
