Mortgage Chips To Date

I have made my scheduled mortgage payment, along with an extra $12.50. I enjoyed a $25 principal payment from Wells Fargo Home Rewards Visa for the second month in a row. Smile My new balance is $170,425.00.

Chips to date: $1,626.26

Interest savings this month: $5.74

Interest savings to date: $63.51

Eventually, the interest savings on the chips I have already made will compound to $3,555.33, provided I own this house until the mortgage is paid in full.
