    Hi Petunia. I'm a big fan of calculating your net worth every so often. Great to see you have put money towards your IRAs too. Can I ask what drove the value down? Was the valuation done pre-GFC? All the best on your savings endeavours!

    For my house value estimate, I look at Redfin, Trulia, and Zillow and just average the three. They all vary from month to month. Thank you, all the best to you too.
