Mortgage Chips To Date

My mortgage payment has posted. This month I paid an additional $24.51 just to round out the balance. My new balance is $166,625.00.

Chips to date: $1,892.39

Interest savings this month: $6.88

Interest savings to date: $139.66

Eventually, the interest savings on the chips I have already made will compound to $4,078.13, provided I own this house until the mortgage is paid in full. Which I probably won't. Stick Out Tongue

    Thank you, Beawealthywarrior. Smile I am looking forward to the day I can make more substantial chips. But I need to rebuild savings first.
