    I'm curious because I cannot use Zillow it puts my home value $100,000 higher than it is.

    I check Zillow, Redfin, and Trulia. Then I average the 3. They vary some, but not much. My house is a starter type home in a large cookie cutter subdivision. So there are lots of comparables close by.

    I know these sites aren't very accurate if you have a unique home, or large lot, etc.
