Wet Wall Repair

It has been raining a lot here. So the other day, J tells me that his bedroom wall is wet. Like, wet to the touch. Ugh!

It turned out that the flashing around his window had come lose from the siding underneath the window ledge. With the wind and rain, water was finding its way in. The sheet rock all around the window was soaked.

Today I have a repair person here taking care of the problem.

So, there goes the money I had squirreled away the past few months. Now I have to save it again.
